Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby bibs and knit caps unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request (use template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our style team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely and ship to our Raleigh facility (return shipping is customer’s responsibility)
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is processed:

  • Timeline: Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want to swap your distressed cap for a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include:

  • Your desired exchange item
  • Preferred color/size from our current collection

We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges).

Damaged or Defective Items

Found a flaw in your embroidered dad cap or all-over women’s t-shirt? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
